It is one of the most tourist places of North Goa. But Candolim little less crowded than Calangute located close to it. The whole area - a mecca for two weeks of hotel visitors. There are plenty of hotels. People mostly British and Russian. Many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

Candolim beach

Wide sandy beach. Many people, sun beds, activity.
More than 10 years here was agrounded ship - River Princess. Since 2000 rusty ship is close to the shore. But in 2011, work began to remove the ship. It is planned that in 2012 the work will be completed.

Getting There

Candolim located at in North Goa, close to Calangute. This is about 45 km from Dabolim airport.
