Around the Cavelossim and Mobor, placed close, resting mostly older tourists from Europe. And there are of course, tourists from Russia. The territory is built up by expensive hotels. The village in general, little boring, and probably only for beach-holiday rest.

There are several beach shacks and cafes.

Cavelossim beach

Very wide. Light sand. Relatively sparsely populated.

Getting There

Cavelossim in South Goa, just south of Varca Beach. 38 kilometers from the Dabolim airport.
At Cavelossim a ferry across the river Sal, where you can cross to the more southern beaches, without riding NH-17.
